1. Does it need to be refrigerated? Not necessarily, placing it in a cool and dry place is enough

2. Do I use in the A.M. or P.M.? It is best to use it at night.

3. When does it expire? The shelf-life is 3 years. Once opened, the product is good to use for 90 days.  

4. How often to use it? It is recommended to use it once every two weeks.

5. Use on a clean face or primed with something else before using. It will be best to wash your face with lukewarm water and proceed to use the infusion, then after, you can put a lightweight moisturizer.

6. Do I do my entire face at once or in sections? It is based on your preference.

7. What is the aftercare? Use a light moisturizer, avoid skin care products with actives (BHA/AHA/PHA), retinol, and tretinoin, and use sunscreen, especially in the morning.

8. When should I discontinue use? If you feel any discomfort or if you achieved the desired result, however, using it as maintenance is highly suggested.

9. How many times can I use the 1 set?  A bottle of serum can give you one full face treatment. If you will just treat a small area of your face, you can just keep the remaining serum in a cool and dry place.   

10. Can it be used on other parts of the body? Yes, you can use it in your lips, or neck, just NOT in a 3 cm radius around the eye.
