Once you checked our return policy and gone through the step-by-step process to request a return via our return platform, go ahead and prepare your package ready for return.

To make sure we can process your return successfully, please adhere to the requirements below when returning your package: 

• Secure the Item. Carefully pack the item you wish to return in its original packaging, if available. If the original packaging is not available, use a sturdy box or envelope that is appropriate for the size and shape of the item. Make sure the item is securely wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage during transit. Do not adhere labels or tape to the product box/packaging.
  
  
• Include Documentation. Include any necessary documentation with the return package, such as the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form that was sent to your email address after you requested it via our return portal. This will help us to identify the return and process it more efficiently. 
  
  
• Seal the Package. Once the item is securely packed and all necessary documentation is included, use a plastic bag to cover the package (this is where the return label must be attached) and seal the package securely with packaging tape to ensure that it stays closed during transit.

• Take a Photo. Take a photo of the item that you will send back as it will help in an efficient return process.

Your package is ready! 

Drop it off at your nearest carrier facility and keep the tracking number for future reference.
