Let's begin with troubleshooting.
To ensure the serum flows smoothly through the needle, please follow these instructions:
- Turn the bottle upside down, let it sit for 5-15 minutes, and try to shake it to allow the serum to flow into the needle head.
- Once the serum has settled, gently roll the applicator over your skin, applying light pressure to activate the serum release.
- If the serum still doesn’t flow, try tapping the bottle lightly while upside down to help it move into the roller.
After following these steps, the serum should be able to go through the needle properly, ensuring an effective application.
