RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you have a change of heart once your purchase has been delivered, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please carefully read this Return Policy before making a purchase.

1.      Returned Product(s) must be in new, and unused condition (not physically broken or damaged). Kindly take a picture of the items that you will be returning, before starting the return process as it will be asked later. 

2.      All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return, original packaging, user manuals, Inserts, and other printed documents.

3.      Any products damaged as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer, are not covered by this return policy.


All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. An RMA Number can be obtained by emailing our customer care center at [email protected].

If you returned your order without RMA, please note that it will not be eligible for a refund request.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Customers are responsible for shipping the returned product to us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns and we recommend returning the product using a method that allows you to track and confirm its delivery.
