Can I Modify or Cancel my Order After it Has Been Placed?Updated 8 months ago

From now on, we will be in charge of preparing your order with care and love to be ready to arrive wherever you need it. We have received your order and it is currently being processed, as you can see in your order summary.
Please note that we cannot always guarantee a successful cancellation or changes in the delivery address or product selected.
We know you cannot wait to receive your new Glamory Micro Infusion, that's why, once the order has been placed, we will begin processing it. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order.
This also applies to changes or cancellations requested while the order is being prepared: unfortunately, we will not be able to apply these. This can affect:
- Addition or removal of items
- Change in quantity of items
- Order cancellation request
- Delivery address change
If your order status says Fulfilled, unfortunately, we will not be able to edit or cancel it because it is in the queue to be in transit already.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER IS IN STOCK OR IT HAS BEEN ALREADY PREPARED FOR SHIPMENT?
In case the team confirms that no cancelation/changes can be applied to your order, please follow these steps:
- For product changes/removal, you will have to wait until you receive your order and start the return process.
