We're so sorry that there's an item missing from your order!
But rest assured that we will resolve this matter.
Here's what to do.
Take a picture of the items that you received, if it is in a box, kindly open the box, so we will have a clear image of what you received.
Contact Us and attach the photo you've taken.
Our customer support experts will investigate what happened and coordinate with our warehouse team. Once we've done the necessary process, we will be asking for your confirmation if we can send the missing items to the same shipping address that we have in our record.
It is either you will be given a new tracking number or a new order notification. If you received the latter, please expect that you will receive an email with the amount of the purchase, but rest assured that you will not be billed for it.
