My Order’s Status Says Delivered but I Did Not Receive it.Updated 5 months ago

If the status of your order says delivered but you did not receive it, there could be several factors that it happened:

1. Kindly check your order confirmation and see if you provided us with your updated shipping address because you might have provided us with your old address. 

2. Sometimes our partner courier tagged the parcel as Delivered even though the parcel was just out for delivery, so please give it up to 24 hours. 

3. There are instances when the courier will leave your parcel in your vicinity. Kindly try checking around your area first. 

4. You can call the courier that is supposed to deliver your package.
