What if I Received a Damage or Broken Items?Updated 6 months ago

We are sorry if you received damaged or broken items, but rest assured that we are willing to resolve this.


We will be reshipping any damaged/ broken item that we deliver, so please make sure to follow the steps below for a smooth transaction:


1. Take a photo or a video clip of the items received. 

2. Email us at info@tryglamory.com and make sure to put an email title "Received damaged/ broken items", or you can reach us at our Contact Us. If you can put a little description of what happened, that will be very helpful. 

3. Attach the photo or video clip you've taken, and then wait for our response. 

4. Once we confirm a reshipment, expect that you will receive an order notification but rest assured that you are not being charged for it. Or, we will respond with an email that has a new tracking code of the item/s that we are reshipping.
