When will I Receive my Order?Updated 5 months ago

All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the shipping time.

Once we receive your order, the processing time normally takes 24 hours, but sometimes if we receive a massive volume of orders it might take up to 24-48 hours. 

Standard shipping times for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing a delivery method before confirming your order:

Delivery Time

• USA and Canada: 6-10 business days (Monday–Friday)

• Australia, NZ & Oceania: 8-12 business days (Monday–Friday)

• Europe & UK: 8-12 business days (Monday–Friday)

• Latin America: 9-26 business days (Monday–Friday)

• Other countries: 8-30 business days (Monday–Friday)

As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation. This email will contain your tracking information so you can check the exact status of the shipment at any time.
You just simply click the 'View your order' button to track it. 

You can also track your order using your order number and email address here. 

Please note that shipping and production delays may occur on occasion due to several reasons. We are working extremely hard to avoid issues like this in the future and we will make sure we inform you accordingly if this happens.

If the estimated shipping date has passed and the shipping window time finalized with no shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will give you a new estimated date.
